I waited seven minutes at the counter before anyone appeared. When a woman finally came over, she didn’t greet me or acknowledge that I was there. Instead, she immediately began placing her own order and left without letting anyone know a customer was waiting. A couple of minutes later, another staff member showed up but was also unfriendly. The restroom was dirty and smelled bad, so I chose not to use it. Although my food arrived quickly, the fries I ordered as large were actually small. When I returned to the counter to complain, no one was there, so I just ate the fries and left. This was the worst experience I've had at McDonald's.
