After my visit to McDonald's tonight, I feel that even 1 star is too generous! We waited 5 minutes before anyone acknowledged us at the order box. At the payment window, we were told the wrong amount, then asked to repeat our order. Even after showing my receipt, they still got the order wrong! Terrible location always rude staff always and I mean always messed up orders. The location doesnt answer the phone ever. This entire store needs shut down for a deep cleaning and to properly retrain its staff from management to drive through this store is failing. I ordered a fillet of fish. I did get a fillet of fish box however inside was a mess of what they would call a big mac that's atleast 4 hours old the bread is solid hard the grease is congealed on it yet they feel the need to send out this food to customers. I stopped going to this McDonald's cause they are either unconvienetly closed, always slow and cant ever seem to get food right. I went today cause I didn't wanna pass my house to go to my normal location..I just don't understand how you'd really serve thisbiscuit size piece on a burnt bun to someone as ur crispy chicken sand. I ordered through the drive-thru, and everything looked fine on the screen. However, when I got my food, it was a total mess. I specifically requested no cheese and light sauce, but instead, I received cheese and way too much sauce all over my bread. It was a frustrating experience since they clearly didn't take the time to review the order correctly. I have no intention of going back to this restaurant.
I have a mcdonalds that I live closer to, but I always come to this one, because they always get my orders correct and the food is always hot and fresh. I will say I know they struggle because of the staff shortage, but they have people coming and going.Mcdonalds please pay your employee what they deserve. Inflation is ridiculous
I visited McDonald's around 5 PM on a Wednesday and used the drive-thru. It was quite busy, but the line moved quickly. I had to pull over to wait for my order, along with five other cars. My food arrived promptly and was hot. I would definitely recommend this McDonald's for their fast service and friendly staff.
I would not recommend visiting this restaurant. They often run out of ingredients, and their equipment seems to malfunction regularly. Today, my frustration reached its peak when I found a foreign object in my sandwich. I won't be coming back. I'm giving it one star only because there's no option for zero stars.

I will not be going back to this McDonald's. I arrived at 5:00, but my order wasn’t ready until 5:15. In the end, I left without my food. I have the evidence to back this up, but that’s okay. I just wanted to bring it to your attention.
This is by far the best McDonald's I have ever ate at the staff is super friendly and the food was delicious. I love it so much that I'm coming all the way from the south side every week just to have breakfast here with my girlfriend.
