So incompetent, but that's all McDonald's these days, both Orleans locations need to check themselves and how they serve customers,15 minutes to serve two customers in drive-thru at 4:30 am, did they ask them to pull aside so they can continue serving customers? no, but then can ask me to pull aside while they make more decaf,When they had 15 minutes to make it in the first place, then put so much sugar in a coffee that was asked for 1 sugar, its no longer dirinkable.They don't even deserve one star.
Today, I received poor service when I asked for a full drink and only received one that was 70% filled. I hope the person who was rude to me is able to have a better day. I understand that working in the service industry can be difficult, but that is not an excuse for treating customers poorly. I ended up having to pay for another drink, which was not acceptable. I remained polite and thanked them in hopes of improving the situation, but there is only so much one can do.
This McDonald's location WILL get your order wrong, and not even just slightly. Order a sausage McMuffin and expect to get a blueberry muffin (as happened to me this morning). As you can see from the number of other reviews with the same problem, this isn't an occasional accident, just bad organization and service.Go somewhere else for food or sit at the takeout window and verify every single item that you ordered before driving away.
lazy and sloppy employees, regularly disappointed by their service. this location is often closed online during the booked business hours. asked to add an article to my order in the window (hühner nuggets, who are already made and can easily be thrown into a box) and was said that the journey back through the wut go because they were too busy, apparently too busy to put a sandwich right together.
As a customer, I was very disappointed with my recent experience at this restaurant. The fries were lukewarm, the burgers were all stuck together and missing the toppings that were supposed to be on them. I specifically requested for ketchup and sauces on the side, for which I paid extra, but they were missing as well. This has happened before and it is completely unacceptable.
Wish I could give 0 stars. I have never ordered here whether it be UberEats or drive through and they get it right. UberEats no longer will give refunds for this location because of how many times they have messed up. They blame the UberEats driver but somehow everywhere else I’ve ordered my order has been right. McDonald’s not once has the order been right.
I went there today, the junior chicken was amazing, the large fries were on point. (Crispy hot enough the salt sticks to it. but they forgot a large fry. “If I did my job wrong someone could die”. I lost my temper a little bit, I got exactly what I wanted after the fact. The food was AMAZING ?

The curly-haired, short white guy at the restaurant was incredibly attentive. I would love to see him again and find out his name so he can receive the recognition he deserves.
