extremely disappointed were last paintings here, as there was a terrible waiting time. the half of the worker doesn't even look like they enjoy their jobs. sat today and a curb-side job, almost 15 minutes waiting! incredible! three other vehicles. have forgotten everything before us eating and drinking! make sure they drive thru was not busy at this time. several times I had made my food wrong. double-quarter blt with just one patty? the bag was filled with serviettes as if I were eating them instead. some of their driving thru workers have some absolutely anxious attitudes and seem simple as if they prefer somewhere but there. For someone who swore that he would never be caught dead in a Macs, I am happy to say that I enjoy the one in Lindsay, the newly and tastefully renovated place where the coffee is good, and often sold at a bargain; and I...love the mini choclatines, the closest thing to what folks in Montreal or Paris call pain au chocolat. I always ask for fresh and hot in the Drive-Thru window..i know how long it takes to cook a fish or a chicken..still, I drive up immediately and they are handed over to me.i complained once and woman on the Drive-Thru reached into my car...and grabbed the bag back and said fine!!! I don't have a problem to move forward and wait, but still they haven't got it right! I think it's a thing that happens all the time, even after I go in and tell manager about it..What's wrong with wanting to do something fresh with the amount of money they charge now for smaller portions?
Went thru the drive thru and placed an order for a couple bacon and egg McGriddles and large hot chocolate! Pretty simple order! The young lady taking the order then says to me..”what do you mean by a couple?” Are you kidding me! Did you...go to school? A couple means two! I shook my head and paid for the order! So I set out on my journey! What a joke! Both of my McGriddles were luke warm at best, the wrap job was terrible so they were all apart and to top it off, there were eggshells in both! What a joke! I am flabbergasted on how dysfunctional they are time and time again. I don’t blame the crew I blame the ownership and senior management. Making coffee still by the time I pull up. Beginning the order as I arrive to 2nd till. If you order...anything remotely off their “AAA” items you’re immediately put in the penalty box by a“pull up please”...meanwhile those spots are full and makeshift parking around the corner. It’s insane. Head Office please get involved here.
This restaurant in Lindsay is like any other small town - cliques and gossip. The staff is rude to those they don't chat with and management ignores the dirty conditions. The food is bad and the only good thing is free coffee refills for seniors. I suggest avoiding this place and going to a better fast food chain where they actually care about customers.
This is the only McDonald's in Lindsay, and trust me, they could really use another one preferably outside of town in the Southeast. This location is always packed, which I guess is a good thing, but it takes forever to get your food. The new kiosk system that McDonald's is using only slows down service even more. Personally, I try to avoid this place.
Very very fast drive through. My snack and coffee ready almost as fast as I could order it at the drive through and drive around to pay and get it. Decent parking lot, hard to get off the road and into due to traffic, but...the place itself quick. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
I really enjoyed the staff at this restaurant, especially Logan, a younger boy who was very respectful. He checked on me after I had finished my meal to see how everything was. It would be great to see more young employees like him.
