I'm posting this opinion because I'm so sick of it! Every time I get to this mcdo, something's not okay. yesterday I went in to order my order to take away (because the drive doesn't talk about it.,) they found the way to forget the drink of the happy meal and to be mistaken in the toy (daughter instead of boy.) this mcdo is a catastrophe, there's always something missing and the sandwiches are bad!!! The closest mcdo to florange, but I wouldn't go there anymore, I'd drive to thionville and eat cold. I'm overdone, what does the manager of this restaurant do?!
Every time it's the same. either there is something missing from the delivery(today the fries) or we simply cannot order because rupture. They even managed to break up fries. I've never been satisfied. tonight more than half of the sandwiches are not available. Plus it's the slowest mac do in france. Never seen a mac do so badly managed. Now I'll be doing ten more miles to get to the next. ah yes tonight more toys for children....too loud
I occasionally frequent this mac do and I allow myself to appeal to the manager of this one. The food we know is not bocuse and no one forcing me to come to restore it to me.But for the reception and service, it is necessary to improve...I can understand all it is young who for many work to pay for their studies but a minimum of politeness and a suspicion of professionalism that will greatly limit errors and forgets will be appreciated.
It's a mac do, it's a summary. It's good from time to time to trouble and enjoy children. no surprises about tastes and k3s flavors. but nice surprises on the content of the orders. There's always something missing. We've had inversions of sandwiches on several occasions. twice we had meatless burgers. Nuggets without sauces. short obliged to check the order on the parking lot. but difficult to open the sandwiches to check the presence of meat where no.
to have been more than once in this mcdonald's the result is the same soils and tables are fat (yes even panels careful floor slipping so it's bad washing) the smelly toilet of urine, the furniture deteriorate. the service is long the sandwiches poorly presented in their container. to realize a mismanaged mcdonald's is better.
