22h Dimanche soir au drive Ça ne va pas plus vite que le mercredi MidiMais là on a le droit à l'ambiance fin de journée de la jeune femme qui reprend le drive et engueule allègrement ses collègues en les remerciant de lui avoir laissé toutes les cacas du drive à gérer...On pense finir par emporter la bonne commande qui n'avait pas été comprise au micro et en arrivant à la maison on se rend compte Que les deux happy meal des enfants n'ont pas de jouet alors qu'on était venu exprès pour les minions merci pour la déception à gérer!Pas de glaçons dans les boissons et yaourt au lieu de compotes.Je tenais à faire partager cette expérience Parce que ce n'est malheureusement pas la première erreur:...
It's no secret that it is not wise in France to address most restaurant employees in English, and it is far preferable to TRY to speak French than not. Fortunately this McD's at Disneyland Paris' gates recognizes that much of its clientele is not local,...so when they call out the numbers for service, they make an attempt to say them in French and English. It's a bit confusing as you would think that a screen with the numbers would keep this McD's from sounding like an old fashioned boucherie, but I was glad to get the English callout regardless. Generally this place is fairly clean and although usually slammed, it's somewhat more organized than average, so it's worth a stop with the kids.
nous allons au mac do à 16h30, personne au drive, perso en salle, je commande en drive (mac do du haut), j'arrive chez moi, 6min en voiture, et là je pensais avoir été chez canigou.sandwich cramé, ne datant pas de ma commande... dure, sec et viande trop trop cuite.Je pouvais le tenir avec 1 doigt et rien ne tombait! BRAVO Mac do!Desd mac do dans le monde j'en ai mangé, mais là en france ou on fait toujours la leçon aux autres pays, je n'ai jamais eu un truc aussi dégueu.J'ai envoyé un courrier au siège de Mc do, et au Mc do concerné, j'ai hâte de vous tenir au courant.Bref, nos chers touristes, et nous autres français ne sommes que des portefeuille pour ce mac do.
Went there with a small child and family. Sat down in some empty seats. Some rude teenagers sat opposite us clearly wanted seats for their currently-absent friends. After giggling and pointing at us a million times which became quite uncomfortable, they told the staff and...a staff member came and asked us to move(! No spare seats and a toddler with us. So incredibly rude. Would never go again. Clearly not family friendly.

Although she was very busy on Saturday afternoon, this franchise must be seriously reorganised. If you order via touch screen, then wait for your order at a gathering point when the food comes its always colder and colder as it does not even on a hot plate, while the staff slowly drinks. We ordered Mcchicken Sandwich but got fish....did not complain again the queues were far too long!!!
This branch of Mc. Donald's is conveniently located at the food court of the huge Val d'Europe center. Very busy but the staff is doing a good job in serving people as fast as possible. The food is the same expected quality at all Mc....Donald's branches.
To be fair, the food was hot and fresh, and we have exactly what we expected. However, the service was terrifying, waited for 30 minutes to tell our order only to wait further when you query it with the staff. Not the best at all.
Bad service, long wait, wrong order!!!! Bad attitude of the staff. Shop was dirty I strictly ordered no cheese because I had a bad allergic reaction to cheese I was ignored and there were cheeses over my food

Delivery to our hotel. Missing fraught portions ordered from both meals. Medium drinks cups only half full. Salad in mcchickien sandwich order was black and had to be removed. Very bad service standards
This was my first time eating McDonalds where i asked myself why. The choice was limited (unlike in the UK) and meals were not tasty.
