Rooms are terrible, almost everything in the room was falling apart.No shampoo or shower gel was given.The bed was making horrible noises.Stay away from room 11117 !!!Checking in after midnight, tired with a 3yo, the front desk offers us a deal to get a room closer to the beach for 120usd extra. We gladly refused and since his deal failed he didn't give us access to wifi internet but the next day afternoon. My daughter in Canada was freaking out and wrote to Sunwing and the hotel to know if we arrived safe !!!Food was bad, you have to tip left and right to get some service.Staff was so so..The beach was amazing, the pool and the outdoor areas were kept clean.Dishes and cups in the open buffe...
Ridiculous how incompetent they are.How is it I order double cheeseburgers, im charged double cheeseburgers, only to find single burgers dry and stale and cold in the bag? The fries? Not once, not twice but every single time we go they arent even cooked, theyre soggy practically thawed. They dont do milkshakes either.. they have the equipment they just dont want to. Honestly this particular mcdonalds dont even bother. Drive the extra few km to boisbriand instead. At least theyre worth something. 0/5 change your management, change your team. 30/06/2023
I place my order and never received it after 25 min I complains and a woman dressed not in uniform told I did not pay at the machine the machine was not working properly ....then she gave my order 5 min later and wrong order and ice cold friesthe drink fountain has no ice and warm soda .every time I go to drive thru they forget something so that is why I went 8n . Told my son never again.i have been to many Mc Donald around the world and the service in Rosemère is the worst.
The restaurant has recently undergone a complete renovation, and the unpleasant odor is no longer present. The new decor is lovely, providing ample space and easy navigation. As for the food, it is typical of McDonald's, but the Big Mac I ordered was well-constructed and less messy than those at other McDonald's locations.
Waiting at the counter for more than 10 minutes. Visibly a problem in the kitchen, but in the meantime no one said hi , no one apologized for the waiting time, no one thanked for the patience like the people waiting in the line didn 't exist.Can 't give the review on the food, really didn 't feel like to order anything.

The restaurant was very crowded and unclean, but I appreciated the indoor playground, which many McDonald's do not have. However, the surroundings could have been cleaner.
I stopped by for coffee and was impressed by the quick service and friendly smiles. The entrance was easily accessible for wheelchairs.
