Went to the newly opened Maccas in Mirrabooka and couldnt get over how filthy it was. Spilled coke which had dried up on the floor , tables covered in either wrappers and or foodstuff. REALLY GROTTY esp for a new place. It was NOT busy very few customers. I was served right away the girl was nice but didnt call my number so the meal sat there while I waited for my number to be called ....but hey she was busy chatting with her mate! Then the table was so grotty I went to the cafe counter to ask for a wet cloth to clean the table, she obliged (never offered to clean it for me!) and had the most MISERABLE NON SMILING face I have ever seen. Look I know its only Maccas but hey have some enthusias...
I went through drive through this morning. Was given my order and then asked to wait in a service bay for my coffee. After waiting 15 minutes I called out to a staff member - how much longer for my coffee and he replied coming now. A couple of minutes later it arrived. There was no apology for the long wait. Definitely won't bother going there in future - Muzz buzz for me.
For a brand new restaurant, this place is a massive let down. It is unbelievable how rude and inattentive the people serving in the drive through are. Just about every time we have been here, there has been some sort of mistake or the staff have been arrogant and rude.Just because it is a fast food restaurant should not mean bad service.
Things seem not to as good as they once were. Coffee wasnt as I requested and usually better.Their food isnt fresh and seems like it's been sitting in the tray way to long. Even the egg in my burger matched the muffin as they both tasted like cardboard.It's still convenient but just ok. Fast food isnt even fast anymore.

I don't eat food from any McDonalds ever... But on occasion I do drive though McCafe but the coffee is getting worst... I would only get maybe 1/10 times a descent coffee... I have decided to stop wasting my time and money... The coffee shouldn't taste burnt McCafe.... Very disappointed!!!! DISGUSTING HATE IT...
This Maccas moved sites in the last year or two and now has a new restaurant. So this goes without saying that the restaurant is fresh and new.This is regular Maccas food but service and food rate well. As it is close to our home we use it frequently either for a snack or evening desserts.
The wait time is shocking. I was at the counter waiting to place an order and no one served me. McDonald's Mirrabooka Avenue has rude employees and an incompetent General Manager. The owner of this franchise location is incompetent as well and does not care about customer dissatisfaction.
Absolutely disgusting place. There was rubish piled up all over the bench. The bins were over flowing with rubish. The floor had food all over it and it looks like it hasnt been cleaned in months. ended up eating outside because it was that disgusting. Never ever again.

Not a good coffee place . Service is bad too. I always avoid going there . Coffee taste terrible and the service is very slow ! You have to stand there and look around especially for ordering coffee
