I wish I could give ZERO stars, the ratings allow only 1 to 5 stars. employees in this business are incompetent. they do not do so on a routine basis. this can be a custom element or a regular element in the menu that make employees routinely order wrong. the administration is rude when they call to alert them to a mistake, they are rude, often refuse to confirm the error, and then, after explaining the error a few times, they will irresistibly say that they put their name in a book to replace objects when they come, or they can come back and we will make their order again. two problems, 1 do they trust these rude fellow workers to revoke their order? 2 gas is expensive, why should I make 2...
The caramel frappe shakes are awesome the new quarter pounder cooked fresh and hot is awesome and the second one is only a dollar and I spoke to the chef a new older white gentleman so instead of getting burnt burgers I got perfectly cooked burgers. The french fries and hot fudge sundaes are delicious and they even have gourmet cookies. The restaurant is always clean and the employees are always polite and professional I absolutely love this place.
I’m currently waiting in the drive through for 15 minutes. I got to the McDonald’s at 10:44. I called the store and someone answered and said that “unfortunately we are closed” and hung up in my face. I placed the order online and showed up before they closed. Very disappointed. Horrible service. Horrible management.
My Son and I went, to the Westfield, Ma Store. We have been there a few times already. The Store is extremely understaffed. You can't even ask anyone a question. If, my Son didn't like going there sovmuch, I would never go back. I was there today 04/13/22. This Corporation needs to think about the Customer.

The food was decent, but the line in the drive-thru was a bit longer than I would have preferred. Overall, not a bad experience.
