We arrived in Lethbridge and decided to stop for lunch before visiting friends. Should of kept on going once we pulled into the parking lot and there were 3 guys about 3 - 4 meters from the entrance sharing a toke. Once inside, we noticed that the restaurant needed a little TLC, the bathrooms very much so. After ordering our meal and waiting for a short time (as there were very few people in the restaurant) two separate people came in that were in the drive through and had food missing from their meals. After receiving our meals, went over to the pop/condiment station, one of the ketchup pump containers was not closed proplerly and flies were going in and out of the container. The whole rest...
We went to this McDonalds about 2 weeks ago to get coffee & ice cream. We used the washrooms first; the women's was fine, they were in there cleaning. But hubby said the men's washroom was absolutely filthy, never been to a McDonalds like this. At the cashier we had to repeat our order 3 times as the girl did not understand what we were saying. We ordered 2 coffee, 1 sundae & 1 ice cream cone. After having to repeat ourselves several times when ordering, she still got the order wrong - vanilla ice cappuccino, instead of a vanilla ice cream cone. When I was there, I had trouble understanding the girl at the drive-thru, and when I got to the window to pay, the debit remote glass was shattered so bad that you couldn'r read anything on it. When I said something the girl was VERY rude and said that if I didn't like it, then pay cash. I don't think anybody picks up garbage outside the building either because it was VERY messy all around the Bldg. I will NEVER go back!!
Stopped in to grab a couple of burgers for my kids leaving Lethbridge late Saturday, March 4. It was nearly 20 minutes to get the order. There were not many people in there. Used the washroom and it was disgusting. I have been to McDonald's throughout North America and this is probably the worst one. Went to local McD's with playhouse at request of my granddaughter on Scenic Drive. Always order chicken and fries with chocolate milk and gets devoured in no time . Staff are friendly although tables could be cleaned more often.Play area kept safe and clean but needs to be supervised by yourself.
I didn't expect that their food handlers are not using gloves. So I saw how they prepared my burger with their bare hands. Front counters are not wearing hairnets. They have long hairs, swinging while they are moving fast. I think the only safe food would be the fries coz thsy don't touch it.
parking here is always a major issue as it seems there are a lot of spaces full and not many folk in the restaurant. The food is fine
