They messed up my order, mistakes happen I understand but the attitude when fixing the mistake was very disappointing. I ordered a meal with a fries and large iced coffee with some other burgers as well, I was asked to park while they made the order, I was handed the wrong size coffee but didn’t complain,then when they brought out the food there was no fries. I politely let the guy who brought the food out I was missing a fries and he was cool and ran back inside. Then a lady who looked very unimpressed walked to my car with a bag and said “you didn’t order fries.” I explained the situation about the meal and wrong sized drink she handed me the fries and walked away rolling her eyes. Had a great experience with the staff here! I came in at around 9:15pm where it was extremely busy. While I was here I witnessed a lady ask for the manager because of something to do with the ice cream, a few minutes later a little girl went up to the register saying how her and all of her friends got the same toy in their happy meal and asked for the squish mellow toy, the lady at the counter told her that they didn’t have any, the little girls mom then got up and raised her voice saying “are you kidding me?! No ice cream and now no squish mellows?” The lady at the counter continued to stay calm and kind. I feel bad for the workers who had to listen to these ladies and all their kids runnin...
This restaurant is a fantastic place to satisfy your cravings with delicious food similar to McDonald's. The service provided by the staff is exceptional, and they offer great support to students looking to earn money in this country. It would be helpful to provide more information to new customers, such as refills for drinks and additional options. This is just a minor suggestion for improvement. Personally, I enjoy the location of this restaurant, which is surrounded by many other dining options. It is a food lover's paradise and a great spot for long-distance travelers.
I requested additional ketchup and onions, but received none of either. Additionally, there was no receipt in my bag. This location is incompetent. Despite giving them another chance and placing the same order, I received two single cheeseburgers instead of the McDouble with extra pickles and bacon that I was charged for. Came to this McDonald’s to get some lunch with my family and first it took over 20 mins to get our food and then my daughters burger was hard as a rock. My burger was a completely different burger then what I ordered, and then when my husband brought it back in to be fixed they picked everything off the burger and handed it back to him. After an hour we finally got our food right. 0/10 do not recommend this garbage place
I’m here to specifically complain about your nugget counters. If we order a 10 piece, we expect TEN NUGGETS. If we order a 20 piece, we expect TWENTY NUGGETS!!! It’s rare that this location gets the count right. It’s always less than I pay for and it’s highly irritating. PLEASE ensure the employees assigned to this task are able to count.
Wow! Fast. Friendly. Accurate order in the bag and… my coffee came exactly as I ordered it. I’m a happy guy right now. The service at the restaurant was excellent. The staff member assisting with the order, wearing a safety vest, was incredibly helpful and friendly.
