Absolutely disgusting service from this mcdonalds. When you order for delivery it always has something missing so tonight we went to the drive thou and they managed to mess the order up. When we questioned the order because we had a drink missing they said the meal wasn't on the order So asked them if they could add it and they said go to the next window and we will sort out it, they then told us we would have to go in or drive back round the drive thou. The member of staff a young girl decided to laugh when she was telling us. mcdonald’s in my eyes go to the hill. Yes, they serve fast food, but fast eating is not always hot eating. u end up with more or less of what u ordered ie more sauce or less more salat or tiny amounts most more, but more is not always best. his quality over quantity for me. I almost know his cheap food. only heat problem for eating. the personal is great and I know they are best. the demand seems to me to be unrealistic at time and at the same time. triple orders make it so. means that they have customers in business u have running gear threaten customers and then they have drivers coming for delivery. my options and view rocky
I have been coming to this restaurant for nearly a year now, and even though it's conveniently close to my workplace, the food is almost always cold and the orders are frequently incorrect. The staff at the drive-thru are usually young and lack proper training. They have zero customer service skills, often failing to greet or thank customers. It seems like they just don't care. There are plenty of other McDonald's locations to choose from, which is a shame because the building itself is very impressive.
our eating was standard mcdonalds eating. what made the visit really good was the nice fellow worker who really made my son smile. not sure of her name, but was an older lady with glasses, she was very friendly for all who asked her about something and made my son laugh and smile. (It was his birthday). the restaurant was very clean with many seating. we have our food quickly and efficiently. I had no complaints, which can never be like this, no less than 5 stars. We occasionally call into this McDonald's and often treat ourselves to a Mcflurry, which they used to be worth the money. The cone it comes in, the ice cream barely covers a quarter of the cone now. The toppings are so tight, hardly any on it. For £1.49 it really isn't worth the money. Back in the day it used to be a lot more generous. Portion size should be double what you are charging for. This isn't a one off, this has now happened on several visits.
There are always missing items at this restaurant. It is like a gamble if your order will be complete. When using delivery services, you cannot complain to the restaurant directly and are redirected elsewhere. The restaurant often leaves out items and there is no way to contact them if items paid for do not arrive. Overall, it is not worth the hassle.
I found 5 black curly hairs in my burger!!!called to let them know and did not even care just said would you like a free one!! No way would i ever go back even for free one!! How the hell has 5 or maybe even more hairs been able to get into a burger!! Customer service is ridiculous!
