Cold welcome, no good evening returns! Certainly it was 22h but good .... I worked on a Mac Do as a teammate during my 2 year studies and yes at the counter and in the kitchen ... and it is always more pleasant to have a good evening from the customers! And when the tray arrived, we felt that we were embarrassing...Mademoiselle we will not return again. Don't worry. My burger was cold elsewhere, leaving him in bin 1 minute or two would have been nice... brief. I didn't even dare go to the counter with regard to the reception ... But thanks to the manager who wished us a good evening. Thank you very much and good courage. My friend had come qq weeks before and had his drink over him... No exc...
The wait is getting longer and longer at the drive-thru and it's becoming hellish. I am aware that the catering industry in the broad sense has difficulty recruiting but it is becoming complicated and does not motivate people to do so. I clearly felt the annoyance of the person who gave me my order.
A big thank you to the manager this evening who kindly redid the entire order even though only a sandwich and a portion of fries were cold (among the 3 menus).
