I enjoy McDonald’s breakfast like anyone else. It’s definitely not the healthiest option and sometimes leaves my stomach feeling heavy, but that’s to be expected. You don’t go to McDonald’s for a balanced meal—you go because it’s addictive and affordable. However, their iced coffee is one of the worst I’ve ever had! It’s nearly undrinkable. I’ve tried both the French Vanilla and Hazelnut iced coffees, and both were terrible—super watered down, with hardly any coffee flavor, no sweetness, and a strange chemical taste, probably from the syrups. Even after adding my own cream and sugar, it didn’t improve much. If I’d rather have Starbucks’ burnt coffee over McDonald’s, there’s definitely a prob...
I was ignored for 10 minutes before being told the machine was actually broken and I would have to wait another 10 minutes. When I asked why I wasn’t informed earlier, my question was ignored, and they offered me a refund. They then attempted to charge me again, which I fortunately noticed. The refund process took 10 minutes, and they later tried to offer me a drink since the machine had been fixed by then. If I hadn’t been treated so poorly by the staff, this situation might have been funny—in a very sad way. I won’t be returning to this location, and despite the convenience of the app, I’ll choose somewhere else for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
I am giving this restaurant a 3-star rating mainly for sentimental reasons. I have been visiting this particular McDonald's since I was a child. However, my recent experience was disappointing. I ordered a deluxe crispy sandwich yesterday and discovered that the chicken was undercooked. After taking a bite, I realized it was chewy and looked raw. I chose not to return to complain in person, but I urge McDonald's to be cautious as salmonella is a serious concern.
It's a regular McDonald's, but I arrived around 1:20 PM and the drive-thru took about 30 minutes for a single cheeseburger. This was not what I normally experienced with this location so it must have been a delayed lunch rush

Standard modern look McD. Nice big parking lot with easy in/out. A little off way from El Camino. It’s good if you bring your car in to shops nearby. I was here for a windshield work, so having McD here is a saver.
I ordered myself through the app so didn't really verbally talk to anyone. Only thing is I didn't like that they didn't fill my smoothie cup, so I paid for large but got medium amount of smoothie.
Store is clean! They are always busy. Please spend more time with the trainees instead of put them on the from with no knowledge, also help is they speak English at least at the basic level
it's mcdonalds. You know what you have to expect. the dollar deal for a big drink can not beat when the weather gets warm.

They frequently mix up my order or leave out items entirely. The fries they serve are almost always extremely stale.
Super expensive for fast food. Better off getting take out from a restaurant.
