This McDonald's location in St. Charles County is the best! I have a dog named Holly who has a brain tumor, and I often come here for plain cheeseburgers and chicken sandwiches. The employees are incredibly nice and accommodating, especially when it comes to making sure Holly's food is prepared fresh without any seasoning. Other locations can often seem irritated by special requests, but not here. The staff always gush over my dogs (I have a total of 3), and tonight they even gave them all a dog treat. Really this review should encompass all McDonald's cuz lately they're all the same. I will say there are 2 people at this one that are super nice. But at some point they stopped salting their fries. So they went from having some of the best fries too having the worst. I asked them today for fresh fries with extra salt the guy said he could give me salt packets. If they're not salted right out of the fryer the salt will just fall right off. I told him it wouldn't stick. They have me different fries that clearly had been sitting, not even hot and still NO SALT!! I think McDonald's will no longer be getting my business
I can't understand how McDonald's can bring back the evil disgusting McRib when I begged for her to bring back the delicious McGinley filled Burrito and the Steak Burrito and Steak Bagels. There are only two mobile jobs available, as employees seem to be parked in the others. Mobile app didn't let me choose to pick up order within, so I had to wait 10 minutes to open a mobile space so they could start my order. The journey by waiting was above the parking lot. It took too long for breakfast. Not enthusiastic
I was in the car last night when a person went up with harassed drivers. Then I called the restaurant to tell them and they hung on me. I called and hanged again. I have read calling the police about this person, but decided that it was no longer worth ordering food. You must have a better grip for such things.
I do a ton of traveling for work around the St. Louis Metro Area so I have eaten at a ton of McDonald's. This one just happens to be by my house and is my absolute favorite! The drive-thru is the best and the workers are the most friendly!!!
My grandson and I had breakfast and everything was hot and fresh. The place was spotless and the staff were extremely nice, going the extra mile for my grandson and me.
