I have ordered from this location via Uber Eats on multiple occasions, and unfortunately, I don't believe they have ever gotten my order right. My drinks were often incorrect, they added ice when I specifically requested none, and I never received a straw. Despite requesting salt each time through the app and including it with my order, I never received any condiments. Additionally, my orders consistently lacked napkins. While these may seem like minor details, as a franchise, they are expected to meet high standards. It can be quite frustrating to spend $25 on a fast food order only to have it mishandled. The accessible washroom was not very clean, but it was still usable. As for parking, the accessible parking spots were adequate, but the route and doorway could use some improvement. Accessing the restaurant with a wheelchair was okay, but it was a bit challenging to find a good parking spot and get inside. Once inside, it was accessible, but the washroom could have been better maintained, as there was toilet paper on the floor, and my wheelchair tires got wet. I hope it was just water and not something else.
Person making the food kept wiping his nose, touching food and touching machinery. Where is the health board? The supervisor on duty was rude and when told about the man making the food all she said was he wasn't doing that. Why is there no gloves being worn? What about washing hands. We were here at 10:30 am.We came back at 1:20 the same day and the tables that were dirty when we left were still dirty. I spoke to 2 employees and no one cleaned the tables in the dining room. The coffee and vanilla chai frappe are absolutely amazing. I've become so enamored with them that I order one every morning. The staff are incredibly friendly and attentive to my requests. I really love the McDonald's on North Front Street!
Always order the same thing, 6 Nugget combo and large ? this time we got a medium quantity of fries. It was so obvious that whoever bagged them wasn't paying attention. Most times the portion is good.
