I redeemed my reward points for a free ice cream cone using the restaurant's app. When I arrived at the first window to pick up my order, the cashier, who was a black woman, was quite rude and confrontational. She insisted on charging me because she couldn't see the offer on her computer. Fortunately, the manager stepped in, asked to see the code on my phone, and ultimately allowed me to get my free ice cream. However, the cashier continued to argue with the manager, showing unprofessional behavior in front of me. She was the most impolite and aggressive cashier I've ever encountered, and I believe she should be reprimanded for her disrespectful treatment of both customers and her manager.
This McDonald's is quite good, in my opinion. The staff is quick and courteous when taking and delivering orders. The food arrives hot and ready, and there’s no hassle whether you’re in the drive-thru or dining inside. The only downside is the awkward exit, but that’s beyond their control.
I chose to sit in the outdoor seating area, which was pleasant, but there was someone nearby who appeared upset. I know life in the Bay Area can be challenging for many. Nevertheless, as a woman, I felt uneasy and intimidated by the stranger's intense staring, so I ended up leaving.
The food is fresh, but I would appreciate it if the Happy Meals included extra fries instead of apples. It seemed like the same amount of fries was provided as usual. More fries would be great!

This McDonald's is the best I've ever experienced. They are incredibly efficient, the food is consistently excellent, and there's hardly ever a wait. Plus, the staff is always friendly.
The coffee here is quite good. The restrooms are clean, and the service is excellent. There is hand soap available in the restroom. Just make sure to grab a sign to use the facilities.
I wish they offered a drink machine with over 100 options because this is the best McDonald's in Richmond!
