Another employee joked, "You’ll just have to say we managed to get the machine to work." I could hear their entire conversation, and they were laughing together. Throughout this, I remained respectful to the employee who was serving me, yet they were trying to charge me for a drink I didn't want and didn't like. When they returned, I simply told them that I had heard everything and would be taking a full refund. They didn’t apologize at any point.
