My recent visit to this McDonald's was quite disappointing, and I doubt I'll return. The employees seemed unprofessional, but I can’t solely blame them; it really reflects poor management. Both the food and service were below average. I decided to try the McRib, hoping for a nostalgic flavor from my childhood, but I found it to be terrible. Either my taste has changed dramatically, or the quality has seriously declined. Surprisingly, even the rib sandwich in an MRE (Meal, Ready-to-Eat) tasted better than what I was served. The poor service played a significant role in my negative experience, and it wasn't unexpected. I believe the owner and management should closely examine the issues affect...
We ordered through the mobile app, asking for our food to be brought to our table. After waiting for twenty minutes, I went to the counter to check on our order. Although the restaurant was busy, it was quite disorganized. When I got to the counter, they were just putting our order together, so I took the tray as soon as it was ready. Unfortunately, our food was cold and inedible. I requested a swap for the fries, which they did, but we ended up throwing away our burgers. On a positive note, the restaurant was very clean, and the staff were friendly, though they seemed a bit slow and possibly overstaffed.
I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. The service was poor, with my orders getting mixed up multiple times. Additionally, the manager was not very polite.
Well it's McDonald's so I wasn't expecting the best. It served its purpose that night. Burgers and fries weren't fresh. Disappointed.

Food was nice a fresh, made a quick stop for dinner after being delayed in traffic for a few hours.
