less than 1 star. i ordered 4 ice cream sundaes for my kids , the order came out to $18.08 and only two of my sundaes were delivered. when i called mc donalds and spoke to the manager they were extremely rude and unhelpful, my order was placed on aug.15 , its aug 22 and this problem is still left un resolved , they refused to return my money ALSO they refused to deliver theother two missing sundaes. so 2 of my kids had ice cream and 2 did not, good thing i didnt raise selfish kids so they shared but$18.08 for two ice creams that toltal about $2 and change each is a bit ridiculous, not to mention the rude unhelpful service, istill plan on contacting coperate , i will NEVER buy from this mc do...
The overnight staff at this restaurant is truly terrible. Their attitudes are among the worst I've encountered. They were rude and made me wait at the drive-thru ordering speaker for 15 minutes without saying a word. When I finally said hello, I was met with a harsh "hold on" from a chubby Asian woman. To top it off, my order was completely wrong and the food was old and squished. The entire staff really needs to be replaced. It's time for a complete overhaul.
What on earth is happening at this McDonald's? There are no utensils, the staff seems to throw food at customers, and the order mistakes are worse than usual. I saw several people leave after the girl at the counter said they were out of nearly everything. Where's the manager? Why isn't there anyone supervising or assisting the staff? It took over 25 minutes to get my order correct, even after I repeatedly showed them my two orders.
I ordered in advance with the McDonald's app and let them know o the app when I arrived. After waiting for 20 minutes I went inside to see where my order was. They had just gotten it ready. The food and staff at this restaurant are quite pleasant and accommodating. However, the main drawback is the wait time; it’s always bustling with customers. When I place a mobile order, they're usually quick to say it will be ready in 5 minutes, but I advise you to expect to be there for 10 to 15 minutes instead.
There were no BBQ packets included. I asked for extra salt on the fries, but they just tossed in some salt packets instead. Everything was cold, as if it had been sitting out for a while before I picked it up. This was probably the worst order I've ever had.
Entire order : WRONG wrong drink wrong burger wrong amount of chicken nuggets . Suuuuuper annoying makes me reconsider using this app bc the inconvenience outweighs the money Im actually spending . Horrible all the way around
The burgers and fries were stale, and the soda tasted unpleasant. There was no ketchup and no straw included with the order. The only redeeming feature was the McFlurry, which was enjoyable. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
The Ou Doo order was delivered very quickly and right to our door. Unfortunately, one of the double burgers was not prepared according to our order, but everything else was fine.
