I've been coming here for years with my family and we've always received excellent customer service. The staff knows us so well that they often prepare our meals before we even place our order! However, I have to be honest about one server who appears to have relocated from another location; she tends to have a bit of an attitude. She often seems upset when something isn't made correctly, and when we ask her to fix any missing items or remake a dish, her reaction can be a bit off-putting. Overall, the atmosphere is always great, and we enjoy the company of other patrons, but I hope she doesn’t get upset the next time a customer requests a fix.
Drive thru window attendant on Lane 2 left me waiting for 8 minutes. Five other cars went by on the inside lane. I had to reverse out and change my lane. When I did they wouldn't take my drive thru code or discount. Said it didn't work. They also said they had no idea why I couldn't get an attendant on Lane 2. All around. Just a frustrating, rude, dismissive experience. Definitely never coming back at this point I'm just going to delete the app.
Today around 4:30-5:00pm the make at the drive thru window was EXTREMELY rude and so was the female manager on shift. I come to this location all the time in the AM and am always able to make two separate orders but it seems like once the night shift comes in some how rules change. They both were very unprofessional and just plain unpleasant. Will not be returning to this location.
Ordered a quarter pounder with cheese and just ketchup. Had to repeat my order at each window. Received a filet of fish sandwich. I called and was told I needed to return to the store to get a refund. Incompetence. Horrible service. Horrible management. As a customer my time has value. Go elsewhere. Don't frown with the clown, stick with the King.

Worst experience of my life. Night crew has the hairless grinch working the drive thru. Yelled at me to hurry up and acted as if he couldnt be bother at his night shift at the Mcdonalds.... I swear he had to be on something.
IM DEFINITELY LOVIN IT. VERY JUICY MEAT....FRESH FRIES AND FRESHLY CHOPPED ONIONS. ... I'm from out of state and I just have to say I love how the people are and the food...u don't get this quality in Florida.
Food is consistent. Service was above and beyond. But your sign denying people the means to protect themselves means I won't visit this location again.
The customer service was extremely disappointing! The staff was rude and didn't seem to know how to perform their duties.
