I stopped by this McDonald's on a very busy morning and it was so packed that I couldn't even get into the parking lot and had to wait in line on the road. Despite the crowded conditions, the staff inside were fantastic. There was a friendly blue-haired girl who kept the lobby clean and greeted me warmly. The young man behind the counter helped me navigate the kiosk to place my order and was courteous and efficient. Even the manager, who had to be called to provide change for my $100 bill, was pleasant and respectful. Overall, this was one of the best McDonald's experiences I've had in a long time.

I decided to go in and I found the employees to be awesome. there was a blue hair girl who kept the lobby clean, who kindly welcomed me. the young man behind the counter who helped me find out how to order this kiosk was pleasant and correct. Even the manager who had to be called to change with smile and respect for the $100 bill I had treated. this is one of the best mcdonald’s experiences I had for a long time.
The McDonald's located at 595 South Street in Warren, Ohio, is a spotless establishment with the best breakfast options among national chains in the vicinity. Their Big Breakfast features fluffy eggs, flavorful sausages, crispy but tender hash browns, and perfectly baked biscuits. The generous portion sizes set it apart from other McDonald's locations. I highly recommend stopping by the South Street McDonald's for a delicious breakfast, as well as for lunch or dinner.
since a year we have ordered from here because they can never remember to put everything they have paid in the bag. determined to order for breakfast today, against my better judgment, and safe enough, missing 2 of 6 items. accidents happen, but this one has to load it together. not karen, just a customer who has been tired of being cut off. it will not happen again, our business is completely lost.

Went in to use the restroom and I was totally disgusted. The floor was horrible and the bathrooms looked like they haven't been cleaned in weeks. I was in there st 7:30 am. They had just opened and there still French fries on the kitchen floor from the night before.
My lunch peeples. No matter how busy they try to make it fast. Almost always right. But PLAIN fish means no tartar AND no cheese. PLAIN fish. They have really turned things around DURING pandemic. Prepandmeic I wouldn't even try lunch here.
LOL food or at least most of it I just don't like onions and stuff I'm a very picky eating when it comes to my toppings but yeah every McDonald's is just always top notch. Ba da ba ba ba.
it's just a mcdonald's. and I think everyone on the world has had it at least once, but I never had problems with this and my foods were always hot and yums.

The excellent service, cleanliness, and friendly staff at this restaurant, combined with the convenience of being open 24 hours, are all major positives.
The personality of the employees blows.... They need retrained. I guess that is everywhere.. this young generation just don't care about anything.
