I want to give a huge shout out to the young gentleman at McDonalds on Telegraph in Taylor. My granddaughter and I went through the drive through,(which was extreamly busy, after the Uncle Sam Jam, approximately around 11:30 p.m. He was so pressional, and handled this rush with such grace! Had a huge smile on his face, and told us to have a wonderful rest of the evening. It was so wonderful to have this kind of experience, especially after all the bad in this world now days. He definitely made our night complete. My granddaughter even noticed how well he handled himself. He's definitely a 10 in our book. It seemed as though he was the only one running everything as well. okay, they want a reason to automate the fast food industry, this is the load to prove whether it works or not. and $15 per hour? for this slow service? automate their procedures and pay people to repair the type of money for an automated process, shoot problems, and do what can not be automated and then the $15 for the work at mcdonald’s will be worth it again. this place is in service.
The staff at this restaurant location are amazing! From Marie to Bianca and the rest of the crew, everyone is so friendly, caring, and kind. The maintenance team even goes above and beyond by keeping the grounds clean at 6 am, even in freezing weather. I usually just stop in for a black coffee with ice, but the crew always cheers on all of their customers.
In my opinion, I give this McDonald's a five-star rating. I enjoy the great service, my orders are always correct and fresh, and the best part is that you can save money and earn points by ordering through the app. These points can be redeemed for free food in the future. Thank you for the excellent service!
