I'm generally always satisfied here. Both with the cleanliness and the friendliness of the staff. Unfortunately, they're skimping on the quality of the staff. In the last four orders, something was forgotten three times. How can you forget one of the fries in three meals with three fries? This urgently needs improvement.
Today, I waited 20 minutes for my food at the drive-thru. That's a record so far. I've been through longer wait times at drive-thru restaurants for a while, but today they went crazy. And the burger bun looked like someone had been sitting on it. I have no idea how you can bend a bun three times.
Ordered food on Saturday at 4:58 p.m. After a 25-minute wait, the food arrived lukewarm, except for fries. The male waitress was extremely unfriendly and at times patronizing. I can still agree with the 1-star reviews.
