Mary Ann is the one who manages the front counter at the restaurant. She makes fresh coffee and prepares your order with great care. From the moment she arrives until the end of her shift, she is always on the go. Mary Ann greets customers with a beautiful smile, consistently checks in to see how you’re doing, and expresses her gratitude, encouraging everyone to return. She never forgets to wish you a great day as you leave. She truly deserves to be recognized for her outstanding service. Mary Ann is an incredibly kind person and a genuine sweetheart. If the restaurant had six more employees like her, they wouldn’t need anyone else. Her efforts deserve acknowledgment.
The management at this restaurant is incredibly disappointing. It's shocking to see how they treat customers, especially when problems arise that are clearly their responsibility. They fail to take accountability and instead gaslight customers who are simply trying to resolve issues. They refuse to make things right, as that would require admitting to their mistakes. Unfortunately, it seems that the higher up the management ladder you go, the worse their behavior becomes. This is not an exaggeration.
Outside lane speaker doesn’t work or something. 6 cars went in front of me from inside lane so eventually put car in reverse and went inside. 0-10 on getting sauces for my kids happy meals which is a deal breaker to them. I don’t ever do reviews until I’m just fed up
Don't bother doing any kind of food pickup here. You are put in the back of the back of the line. No way to take advantage of prices in the app when you get your food Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
While all the staff are friendly and have wonderful personalities, their cooking skills could use some improvement.
