This is the most frustrating Mcds I 've ever kept going to. ?? It 's almost impossible to order. The orders are 99% wrong all day long. Told the girl I was having issues understanding the app she responded, That 's not my problem. I said alrighty then. Guy in front of me waiting to order (for 20+ min) several attempts to call someone over, ended up shoving everything on the counter, into the kitchen area, said some thangs, then left. Mad ? Just picked up my order and realized it was not correct. Paid for food not received which unfortunately is seemly common no matter which McDonalds we go to. They must be doing this on purpose for it to happen at almost every McDonalds I have been to. So lame!Kid-friendliness: Play area
This restaurant is very clean and the staff is very friendly, there are games for children safe enough for them to enjoy, my burger ? was with the meat a little raw and I went to have it changed and they did it without any problems, I am satisfied.
This review pertains to the McDonald's on Naperville Rd in Wheaton... the fries are too salty, the meat is greasy, and the buns are stale. The quality of food for that place has really declined. Its like eating playdoh. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
I believe Keisha is the manager, she is awesome. She is a hard worker, But the same guy that gave me my order at the window has a horrible attitude. No customer service skills. I have to stop going there. Smh.
Took a long time for someone to take our order through the drive through. I had to drive around to the next side and of course when I got the other side someone came to that speaker. Also food was wrong.
As far as McDonald's goes I've never had a bad experience here. Orders have always been correct, fast, fresh and good quality. I can see absolutely nothing to complain about at this McDonald's.
