Food is good, however lately the fires haven't been the best. Missing salt or sometimes too soggy or both. Best part is honestly the service. They are quick, give service with a smile and very direct when it comes to confirming the orders before handing it off to the customer via the drive-thru window.If I'm eating in, the place is very very clean and I know someone is using a scent spray cause it smells like burgers and flowers everytime!The washrooms are always spotless or being cleaned I believe after each customer uses it. By far they have the worst customer service out of all the McDonalds I go to! Went to pick up my order that I placed on the app I sat in the drive through waiting on someone to come in the speaker. The other line moving I’m just sitting, So, I drove to the window requested a refund the young lady was nonchalant and matter a fact about it. She stated my refund will be put back on my card in a couple of days. We will see! They really need some customer service training it’s pretty sad!
Sat in the drive thru waiting for my door dash order for 20 mins. Took me 10 mins to get there and 20 waiting. Absolutely no reason one order should take 30 mins
