The food is made sloppy, the service could be a bit better. Have had some orders mixed up or missing items. Waiting for a receipt is a gong show. I was there with my kids one day and we seen ants crawling around in the kids play area. Took staff a while to go clean them up. Ordered a chicken burger meal, and the bun felt dry, and the fries were overcooked. The play area was decent, not smelly and sticky. The air conditioning can set a little cooler. Not sure anyone tried the new Big McTatti but yes, that's what it was and probably taste like. Revolting. I threw it away. Way too much sauce on it. Made as a complete mess!!!
