I ordered four meals to take home. When we got home, the six-pack of nuggets only had five, and we didn’t receive the ranch dressing we requested. I had ordered a double filet-o-fish, but it was packed upside down and came without tartar sauce, leaving it very dry. We also had to wait 10 minutes for our order. The careless preparation and packaging of the food made the entire experience disappointing. Service: Takeout.
Went through drive thru to get hot chocolate.it was cold. Sent them back as cold. Went in and complained and they microwaved them and said that they fixed it. It was still cold. That was all the manager would she told me she warmed them and that was all she had to do. They were cold that you just drank them straight down. Rudest manager and awful customer service.
