I love McDonald's food. It's tasty... when your order is right. The food I rate high because honestly, I do love the food. Especially the fries when they add salt to them. This place, tho the service always messes up my meals, 7 out of 10 visits. It gets frustrating. Especially when they tell you to pull into one of the reserve numbers. They will drop off your meal to your car window and leave while you're checking the bag. You find that the order is wrong. You have to get out of the car and take it to the cashier. I will ask for no onions, and it will be tagged with no onions, but when you open the burger, you are in for a surprise with the onions that you requested not to have. This happen...
Where to begin? Women's toilet not flushing. Women's hand dryer not working. Men's hand dryer not working. Ordered food at the kiosk... Cold fries...returned...we look older so we must be stupid? just mixed the fries we gave back with some fresh fries...so hot cold...we obviously can't tell duh! McChicken was covered on the top of the bun with Mayo? The Restaurant overall...the dine-in area was disgusting? 10:20 to 11:00pm at night is not Super Busy? Lots of time to cleanup anywhere...by the beverage area? any tables? any floors? Interesting no other walk-in while we were there. Delivery services and a couple drive-thru... Something up with your staff, customer service and store stardards qu...
Won’t be visiting this location again. Fries were cold and our order wasn’t accurate (asked for fruit in my kids happy meal instead of fries and we were not given the sweet and sour sauce we ordered). Of course, with drive through, I don’t see the inaccuracy until I get home. Disappointing lunch. I will be back, this is my new “hot” spot! Staff had amazing energy and positivity. Food was great quality and liked how attentive they were. The manager today showed appreciatation of their staff when I went in on my lunch. Thats what I like to see! Was very impressed with the speed of the service and food. A staff member came and did a survey with us she was fantastic and very nice. Our grandkids loved the crayons and activity books. Plus I loved having a McRIB takes me way back to my childhood Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
