Last night I went to McDs to get dinner around 10pm and it took 10 minutes for the order taker to do 2 orders. With my window down I could hear people saying hello? Hello Over and over. When it was my turn to pay, the cashier did not meet me at the first window as they said over the speaker. Instead a woman hung out the window and screamed ARE YOU GOING TO PULL FORWARD OR WHAT? terrible customer service. the people in this restaurant have no sense at all. I came through the passage there was absolutely no one behind me at all, and they asked me to park while they wait for my food. I just asked why I can't wait here, because there's no one behind me and the worker in the window threw a tantrum and 2 of the other staff are struggling to go park because they wait for the food. none of them can answer why I had to park and why I couldn't wait at the window. the building was designed for it. this particular situation made me on mc donald’s as whole, three separate paintings my order was wrong and it seems that the crew needed more training on the app and the point of sale on the window, I need to pay more than what the app code all three times said, I try to stay away from almost food, but if there is no other option that I can choose this location and the experience was bad every time to correct it.
The play area is finally open and this restaurant always excels in food quality. I live nearby and frequent this place more than I probably should. I have never had any issues, except for occasional understaffing at the cashier position during busy dinner rushes. This can lead to inside guests having to wait while several cars in the drive-thru are served before their orders are taken.

Worker Manager stole a $100 bill! Claiming it was counterfeit. But couldn't wouldn't show the customer how came to that conclusion! Another new scam! People stealing by taking someone's hard earned money, By threatening the customer they calling police, claiming their US currency is counterfeit...McDonald's staff y'all'all ought to be ashamed of yourselves!!??
more quickly. bought biscuit sandwich sausage burrito. it took a while, until even the dro had about 5 people inside, guessing that the journey the times are more important. my work car does not fit into the drive thru
It's McDonald's, the same thing Forever.Their breakfast offerings are good, plus the price of their coffee soft drinks is fair. Other than a soda, I rarely go there for anything other than breakfast.
Fast service and good food. Tasted fresh and warm. Only reason I took 1 star is because the customer service was lacking a bit. People were professional, but not friendly. Thanks! :D

This McDonald's in Denver is one of the best. They always get your order right and prepare it with a smile. The manager ensures that everything is in perfect condition.
