Mcdonald's - Tisch resevieren

Manager up front was very kind but where he went wrong is when he was enforcing social distancing which is great but then turned around handled cash and change then went on to make people's food and drinks without gloves or even washing his hands, seriously like I dont understand if you are going to enforce covid rules stuff then you should definitely be on top of your game and washing your hands after handling money when you are touching customers food, very disappointed with this !!!!!

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant due to the poor service and rude staff. I went to order breakfast around 5:30 AM, only to be told they weren't serving it. Then, today, I sent my husband at 5:10 AM to grab a coffee, and the employees completely ignored him despite him clearly being in view. He even knocked and pointed a flashlight at them, but they just saw him and walked away.

The restaurant needs to improve its customer service. I asked an employee for assistance in informing the manager about a mistake with my order, but the employee just walked away and didn’t help me at all. I ended up having to call, and even then, I had to wait 15 minutes for a plain and dry cheeseburger.

was waiting in line for 15minutes placed order for 20pc nuggets at 11:40pm told were out,asked for chicken sandwich, were out,asked why because we close at 12pm, its 11:40pm and your out of food or don't want to make any,told were closing! wow bad service.Whataburger it is. It’s very very sad that McDonalds hasn’t taken the time to teach their delivery/repair hygiea workers to to wear the masks properly while out in the cooking line very sad the food industry isn’t coming down harder on people like that. Total disregard for everyone’s health.

I bought two McFlurry for 8.14 and i asked for extra caramel and extra brownies for them to give me an ice cream that was half the cup not even full cup this is by far the worst experience i had with McDonald’s .

I have tried over and over time and time again and mcd's disappoints. Fries are always cold! And this last time, yesterday actually their pies were cold and GROSS.
