it was inadmissible, unorganized, and the gm was there, and the man was waiting for the way through and finally came in. the gm said to the girl who gave him a big cup that you would have given him a little. he waited, came in and ignored. he wanted what he paid for. he bought istee wanted istee, it's not that much that she didn't give him what he paid. She said we can't give away anything, but what she didn't understand is that she didn't give away anything he paid for. what happened, he went without what he paid because the gm had feared that she had a drink. I offered to pay for the drink to hurry. other people had been waiting for a long time. pity to mcdonald’s if you train your people...
If 0 stars was an option that would be what I would give this store. Employees were inside eating and no one was working the drive thru. Several cars waited and waited and drove off. The employees didn’t even say anything on speaker. Just sat and waited, then when we drove around…two employees were walking out with food and said “No is going to wait on you.” All while seeing employees inside sitting down eating with doors locked. Can’t make this stuff up. Never going back!!
There were 2 long lines for ordering. I simply placed a pickup order. It was delivered in under 2 minutes. The mcgriddle is only a 3 though because it was rather tasteless. The bacon, egg and cheese were hot and fresh. However, the pancake part had no maple flavor to it. I think these come premade. These days people need to have more patience. If you don't want to wait in line then place a pickup order. You need to appreciate that SOMEONE is willing to work!
The apple pies at this restaurant were very old, past their expiration time, and were stuck together and hard. They were not edible and disgusting. I usually don't have many issues with this place, but recently I have had a bad experience with missing food items or being served old, unpleasant food for me and my children.

The only issue I had was with my drink order - I asked for a blue frozen Fanta but received a lemonade one instead. It was not a big deal though, everything else was fantastic. The food was hot and accurate with the modifications I requested. Overall, it was a great experience. Thank you!
I only received half of my order and everything was served cold. I placed the blame on the restaurant, not the delivery driver. It appears that McDonald's has increased their prices while lowering their quality. This will likely be my final visit to this place.
Thank the gods the steak egg and cheese Steak Egg Cheese Bagel is back I have had so many since I found out. Please never take them away again everything has been a downward spiral since 2020 and this sandwich is a glimmer of light in the darkness.
got 3 sandwiches all of which were hard and dry dry. didn't get any sauce we ordered or creamer. kids nuggets didn't even have sauce. every time

I dont eat fast food, my granddaughter does, (poor girl) i was there for her but i was happy with my milkshake.
It was busy,but employees were very courtes. This was my very best experience atevery McDonald's I've been to.
