I go to McDonald's once a month if I can manage it, but unfortunately the service is just getting worse. The ordering app doesn't work and you can't pay (I didn't have a card with me). First, I waited 10 minutes at the drive-thru as requested, only to be yelled at for holding everything up, even though I was doing exactly what I was told. Instead of offering any help, the employees just laughed at me. To top it all off, the 150kg employee laughed at us because we didn't get dinner, and he and his incompetent girlfriend were happy they had less work. That was the last time I'll be there.
Absolutely awful. We ordered a Hamburger Royal TS, but the packaging contained Crispy Chicken. The chocolate milkshake was a vanilla milkshake, and the cheese was stuck to the inside of the packaging instead of on the burger. This means we have to check the packaging to see if the ordered items are actually there before we can take our food. I don't understand the difficulty in preparing the correct items.
This fast-food restaurant is usually overcrowded, resulting in long waits at the food counter (up to 20 minutes). Sometimes ordered items are missing, the food is cold, or the drinks are mostly water rather than soft drinks. They could definitely cut corners on ice cream, which this branch is clearly exploiting. We'll only eat here in an absolute emergency.
The employees all pull faces as if they were choosing the wrong career. They don't even make eye contact when you want to communicate. The restroom area is also rather small. In short, I was glad to get out of there.

The staff were very unfriendly, and the waiting times were very long. I cannot recommend it. The employee was very annoyed because I paid with small change.
Employee cleanliness: okay. Food: okay. Could be better. Personal hygiene should definitely be present in a job that involves preparing food...
Oh come on...both Big Macs without cheese? That's not possible, sorry.
