Im pregnant my husband is a fireman across the street, I was craving food but before placing my order I really had to use the bathroom in which security guard refused, aggressively told me to order then he could unlock restroom. He then went around to customers to chastise, degrade LAUGH at me. I will NEVER enter this Mcdonalds again, and making sure FDNY across the street does NOT patronize them until they get better service training for their security workers. So sad that they hire just anyone. This occurred at 1/5/2024 at around 1:30PM or so.
Josephine the manager at this Mc Donald’s let me know that I could not change the steak egg and cheese bagel to a regular bun. The reason this is disheartening because for a lil while now I order the steak egg cheese bagel substitute the bagel for regular bun. So maybe thank you to the management at other locations(all over this great nation) for obliging my request to sub. the bagel for a bun. Thanks also to Josephine for implementing the menu as it is at this Mc Donald’s maybe your raise depended on it.

I came to this establishment with my children from the entrance the guy at the counter was rude seem like he didn’t want to attend us…then we get the food and there was white gushy stuff coming out of the chicken nuggets we had to ask to exchange them a few time and it’s seem like it was an issue to exchange the horrible quality of food the food was cold the drinks made my throat burned the fries had a ton of salt on them only thing good tho g was the clean dinning area
This restaurant is very traditional, almost to a comical extent. I used to come here when I was a child, and now I'm 44 years old! The staff is unique because they actually pay attention to special requests. I prefer my Big Macs without lettuce, and they always get it right. When I order through Uber Eats, they are quick, precise, and the food is delicious. This place is a classic in the neighborhood. Thank you, guys!
I like the appearance of this McDonald's, but some of the cashiers can be quite slow. It's as if some of them aren't sure what they're doing. Additionally, there's a manager—who I believe is Hispanic—who comes across as a bit rude and unfriendly.
I had a doctor's appointment, so I asked my son to meet me at McDonald's for lunch. We had a pleasant time - the restaurant was open, we could sit at the tables again, and the staff were very friendly. The cashier girl was nice and kind.

Not Bad for a Bronx McDo. Yes there are crackheads and homeless hanging out there constantly, but I've never had any trouble with them and as long as they aren't bothering anybody, I support their right to stay warm in the McDonalds.
