McDonald 's is aggressively moving from employers and dinning in. It 's obvious by the new store designs, they don 't want us in the building. The mobile apps and kiosk are the push towards self-service. Most of the dinning areas are filthy. We ate at the Commerce, Mi store today. We used the mobile app for counter pickup. Upon arrival, we stood there for 10 min without being addressed by anyone. We could see our order was being processed. The employee brought our order up, called my wifes name, set the food down and walked away. We asked if we could get a table cleaned off. The employee sighed and called for someone. Another 10 mins went by. Wait for it...they couldn 't find a rag to clean...
Drive thru was a mess. They kept sending people to spots to wait, including handicap spots,when it would be better just to hold off on that and get caught up on orders! Then they couldn't keep straight which car was supposed to get what. People go thru drive thru's, typically, because they are on their way to a destination. We just made it on time. It should not take 15-20 minutes to get food.
This location in particular has the most rude and ignorant young folks working here. Staff is always argumentative. The older more adult looking employees always seem the nicest. Tonights service was appalling. I will be contacting the BBB and formally making a complaint on this location. It has gone downhill so much. Disrespectful location
Stood at the counter being completely ignored for approximately 8-10 mins. Watching the staff blindly throwing trash/food over their shoulder into the kitchen. Stopped for my first time at this location. I got a cold coffee and sent it back. The whole time the kitchen staff was shouting nonsense at each other. Very annoying. They must be very distracted from they're jobs. I'll never go back a second time.
Saturday afternoon drive thru took forever. Slow as molasses. McChicken sandwiches weren't hot, and fries were old and cold. They charge a lot more at this location for the McChicken sandwich than at other locations.
I love It when the person at the drive through window is more concerned about texting on their phone than the customer service They literally texted the whole time I was at the window

Probably can’t call them because they were getting to many call backs about how they CONSTANTLY mess up orders.
