15 minutes waiting for the counter is long enough. too long. no single person has recognized anyone at the counter, including me. pity that the wendy’s literally had a better customer service next door, and someone who welcomed them as soon as they went into the door.
I ordered the spicy McCrispy sandwich and it was very crispy. However, the bun was burnt and there was only a small amount of spicy sauce on it. There were no pickles. Overall, the experience was disappointing.
