Went at 1:30 am on the 31st less than 24 hours after they reopened having been closed for 3 weeks , I ordered what I thought was a simple order a mayo chicken ONLY MAYO keep that in the back of your mind a portion of mozzarella dippers and a steakhouse stack meal with only cheese and sauce . Pretty easy Yet what I got A mayo chicken with mayo pickles and onions A steakhouse stack with EVERYTHING on I don’t know if it’s the staff playing silly idiots or just being thick but a mayo chicken has never ever came with either and thankfully I or my lads wasn’t allergic Sort it out
This McDonald's in the North East, and possibly all of the UK, is the worst I've been to. The staff are rude and unhelpful, and they always get something wrong with every order. The food is consistently terrible, hastily thrown together and poorly wrapped. The chips and coffee are awful. Today, I ordered a grilled chicken wrap and after a long wait, I received a crispy breaded chicken wrap instead. The fries were cold and stale, and the coffee was burnt and bitter. I would recommend avoiding this place if you have any other dining options.
Absolutely appalling service. I was order 56 and an hour later while they were giving out orders in the 90’s and I complained, they took my receipt and 10 minutes later brought my order. When I complained they said they were too busy. An hour for a cheeseburger!!!!!! So disappointed that there was no apologies or compensation.
I ordered food about 1am. I waited and waited almost an hour before I contacted them to see why my order has been passed onto 5 different drivers. They said they were closed for a software update and don’t have access to the app to inform people. Now I’m £20 down and have no food. A refund takes 5 day. Absolute joke.

I had ordered a BBQ Bacon Stack for me and a McCrispy for the wife. First, the bacon tasted awful and was woefully undercooked. Fries and milkshake were OK. The chicken was very dry, like eating cardboard. Again, fries and milkshake OK. Been a while since the last visit, be a long while before the next.
I had a very unpleasant experience at this McDonald's. The staff was rude and unhelpful, consistently forgetting to provide napkins and condiments and frequently getting my order wrong. On my most recent visit, I even found an eyelash extension in my food.
I placed a delivery order and made specific modifications to my order. The food arrived with a sticker indicating the adjustments, but unfortunately, some items that I requested to be excluded were still included. Thankfully, my allergy is mild.
Absolutely terrible, how can you not cook fries correctly when you make them constantly every day? Pathetic, do places not bother training staff these days?

I think this is one of the worst McDonalds I’ve been to. Rude service. Cold food and coffee. No napkins. Scruffily wrapped food.
Foods nice sometimes drive through is very busy icream machine and milkshake machin is always of because they can’t be bothered
