McDonald's has severely gone down hill since covid hit!! This location is one of the worst ones but it's on our way to take my niece home and McDonald's is her favorite and I surely don't understand why?? They don't have frappes, milkshakes or any kind of ice cream anymore the menu board just says coming soon. The staff are extremely unpleasant and unprofessional! I'm pretty sure they are understaffed. I felt sorry for the employees! All the staff were courteous and kind, but they were overwhelmed by a few rowdy customers. It's a shame that the owner didn't pitch in and assist. Orders were mixed up, resulting in long wait times. Overall, the COVID situation has brought out the best in some people, but the lack of help led to a chaotic and disorganized experience.
My daughter had never been in a McDonald’s before, and when my mom took her in there the staff immediately threw his hand up and called the manager on her, which told her she was only allowed to sit inside if “other customers were in there already”. Take the sign in the window down, they won’t let you sit inside even though it says you can’t.
it has no more drinks beside the fountain drinks. every time I get to the ship, it's always a problem with them or the system. I'm finally waiting forever, and still not with the right order. most employees at this location are rude and simply don't worry.

If there's one thing that defines McDonald's for me, it's the fries (aside from the McDouble). It can be the best in terms of fast food fries. But this place almost never gets it right. I'd say 0 out of 5 tries and I always get them stale or old.
The food tasted delicious, and I appreciated how they quickly replaced my order when it didn't match the pictures. Though the situation was unpleasant and inconvenient, the staff made sure to rectify the mistake. Overall, a positive experience.
we ordered a sausage and a mcgriddle without a cheese and a sausage biscuit with a egg. Why is this place even open when they can't do anything right? the inner is a circumferential door of men coming through their order from the running gear.
The service since the Manager change has gotten much better. Food tastes better. And there's a better over all atmosphere. Great job.

I dislike the fact that you have to use a kiosk to order your food at this restaurant. It was a terrible experience.
This McDonald's is not like the one from the 80s. The food was extremely dry and lacked juiciness in the meat.
