Traveling from Stratford, Canada back into Michigan and was suddenly very hungry, so we stopped before crossing the bridge. It was automated, but easy, the servers were very nice, the food as expected. Unfortunately, tho it wasn't busy at all, tables hadn't been cleaned, had to ask for salt instead of finding it available next to the ketchup, and we had to ask to be buzzed into the restroom. Maybe they've had a problem there (and I'm just remembering, I think there was a container for sharps disposal) and it wasn't really a hindrance, but I hated to bother the employees and wondered how it was during busy times.Kid-friendliness: They do have a small indoor playground.
I would not recommend this location to anyone simply because I was just in London two days ago. I went to McDonald's also, location at Bradley and Wellington. I ordered the exact same items and London's was Ideal size for price and expected from advertising. This was much smaller overall. Not much filling in their wrap, barely had chicken, also I can't even compare the Jr Chickens. Thought I ordered the wrong item.
Love that they honour the delivery service but when placed they don’t actually honour it and now I have to wait 3-5 business days for my money back after having a horrible day. On top of that, they declined the driver who was picking up the food and than continued to allow the time to change for the delivery. Great service. I am so glad I wasted my time and money on this location : .
