Visited at half past 11 at night with three friends. I understand it was late but the security guard tried to stop 2 of my friends from coming in saying they were closing -despite google saying the closing time was 12am. I explained that they were part of the group and he begrudgingly let them in. I paid for my food using the kiosk however I was given no number or receipt. I asked an employee and they rudely told me to “just wait?” While I waited for my order the security guards and male employee bantered over the counter. Visited here twice during a recent trip, once for breakfast and once for lunch. Food was as expected, same as most maccys, waiting time was good as it was ot busy. A staff member called Maureen was working, she helped us get a table, made sure it was clean, answered a query we had and was generally really helpful. and not just to us. It was a really hot day and she went above and beyond to help the customers. She is a credit to mcdonalds and i hope they see this
The manager was extremely rude, paid for my meal without providing a receipt, making it difficult for me to confirm my order due to my allergies. In addition, a homeless woman asked me for food and then proceeded to order a large amount of food for her friends, while the bouncer did nothing to intervene. It was a very stressful experience and I would definitely recommend avoiding this restaurant.
McDonald's will never be considered upscale dining, but this particular location has managed to eliminate any positive qualities it may have had. The slow service resulted in receiving uninspiring cold food, all while surrounded by litter and lurking drug addicts. The overall ambiance was hostile and greasy.

Got from here after a night out. Ordered two double cheeseburgers and 9 nuggets. After getting home i found out i had only got 6 nuggets! Your staff need to learn the right way up of the box. Won't return after a night out after such a simple error.
How hard is it to get an order wrong. How difficult is it to understand NO CHEESE, even having the sticker that says no cheese on the box you would think might be a bit of a giveaway??? Maybe!!
Visited this branch of McDonald's last weekend. There was a queue outside for social distancing purposes, which was ok. The queue moved quite fast. Staff were lovely and food arrived quickly.
Most efficient McDonalds I hsve been in a long time. There was a lady working upstairs walking round the customers checking everything was okay and gettibg anythinv they needed.

Managing needs improved workers need a moral boost just the average mcdonalds service need improving
