I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. The staff was quite rude. I was waiting in line for my order when two other cars pulled into the drive-thru, and they were served first. When I said hello, I was told I could only wait a minute, but it ended up taking over half an hour for my order. After placing the order, we had to wait an additional 15 minutes. The drive-thru area was messy, which was surprising given that I take my children there often. However, I think it's time for us to find another place to eat. The condition of the drive-thru was as chaotic as I can imagine the kitchen to be. The owners should really take some time to surprise the staff and provide proper training...
I’m not going to comment on the food, since it’s pretty much the same at every McDonald's. Instead, I want to talk about the service and the overall store experience. It’s decent, though the staff could use some improvement. However, I don’t entirely blame them; corporate policies have made things tough for the employees. That said, things have improved a bit over the years. The front area of the store appears much cleaner than in the past, likely due to the last major remodel, which seems to have helped manage the chaos that used to be present in the store.
My husband just stood in line for 5 minutes with no one in front of him. He was the only one in line and the cashier refused to even acknowledge him. She was too busy talking to her coworker. He even had his wallet out with cash ready to order and pay. ZERO acknowledgment. Where the hell has customer service gone? There’s a reason why this place has such a low score
This McDonald's has completely transformed. My order was spot on, and the food was fantastic—the fries are particularly good now because the fryer oil is being replaced regularly. The service has seen a significant improvement as well. Plus, it's open 24 hours! I've even driven across town just for those late-night Big Mac cravings.

Umm ...Why is the chocolate shake white ? I wanted to send it back so they could add chocolate, but the window woman said, No, it 's weird like that, it is chocolate , it just comes out white .. ? I 'm pretty sure this doesn 't even almost make sense. Also, it tasted exactly like vanilla ! ?
The food was fantastic! I only did a pre-order, which led to a few occasional mix-ups, but the staff handled everything with a positive attitude and never showed any frustration. I would say they’re doing an excellent job and definitely deserve a raise!
Team is quick yeh but mangers are always on their phones either I'm missing food or something is wrong very unprofessional
I had my order messed up twice in a row, and it was just a simple spicy crispy chicken sandwich.
