I was extremely disappointed with the management at this restaurant this morning. I ordered breakfast to go, but when I arrived at the take-out window, the parking spots were full. I was uncomfortable parking on the side of the driveway to pick up my order, so I informed the employee. The employee then notified the manager, who proceeded to yell at the employee and made negative comments about both the employee and me. I was appalled by this behavior and considered asking for a refund, but before I could, I was given my food and decided to leave. This experience was highly disappointing and the behavior exhibited was unacceptable. The management should strive to do better in the future.
I VIsited around 10:30pm Friday. Drive thru line was long. After I placed my order the line did not move for solid 12 minutes then barely moved at an unbearably slow pace. There were 5 cars ahead of me and no one was moving at all up to the pickup window. There were barricades in the pass thru lane so I couldn't even squeeze out of the drive thru lane. They must have been extremely short staffed but I couldn't keep sitting there beyond 20 min. so at the first chance I squeezed out to the pass thru lane and left my order behind! I won't be back.
The crew and food at this McDonald's is so good I really feel bad eating them like this. The people inside are extremely polite and hard working, food is always fresh and fast. The issue is the homeless people in the store and outside. While eating in the parking lot a homeless woman dropped her pants and relieved herself not 20 feet from my car. Needless to say I lost my appetite. Y'all really really need either a security officer to drive them off or a detail cop. Sad too cause you have a really great crew.
Unenergetic person at the drive thru microphone. Ordered two large fries with dipping sauces but received half full large fry containers with the bottoms pushed upward in a failed attempt to make the fry containers look fuller and no dipping sauces. Ordered several dishes for a family brunch and everyone loved their individual choices! We shared the chic version of the French toast at the table and loved it too! The food was ready as promised, the order was complete, pickup was seamless, and everyone agreed that we will order again. My choice, the popcorn chicken and waffle bits, was a real treat. But this French toast...
The restaurant was supposed to be open until 12, but they closed at 11 without informing us. Instead of letting us know they were closed, the staff just looked at us and started laughing. One girl was wearing a blue wig and another had braids. They should stop hiring inexperienced workers because clearly they don't know how to do their job.
Awesome staff. Only complaint I have is seems like everytime I come in here, there are ppl taking up the space we should be able to sit down and eat. Please fix this.
Self serve kiosk said all soda out of stock. Nuggets old. Fries salty when i said no salt. Cashier had a disinterested attitude very abrasive and rude to customers. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
Every time I go there, they're getting worse and worse. I just had 2 undercooked hashbrowns and a not so hot biscuit sandwich.
