Tuesday at around 1:30am I pulled up to this MC Donald’s and received the worst customer service ever. The boy at the window looked like he was very busy because he was running around, which is understandable. However, he gave me the wrong order. Politely I told him about the missing items and he accused me of asking for free food… after that his “manager” came and started scaring me with the police, which I told them that there would be no problem if they called them because I did not have any of the items besides the chicken in my car…moreover, I told him that I’ll be more then happy if he looked inside my car for the food that he said he gave me. Food Hot Fresh. My iced coffee had a hole in the cup leaked out in my cup holder on the way home. I came back the next week told the manager what happened, though I had called reported it but didn't have my receipt. It was no issue with her reisuing me a new one, along with my current order. The restaurant is very clean and has excellent hospitality. The food is brought to your table and all of the employees are polite and bilingual, which I appreciate. I don't like when some places don't speak Spanish, but that is not an issue at this place.
