Honestly, I would give this place zero stars it was hot as hell in there, they refused to turn the air on and claimed that it was broken and it was 100 degrees outside! They were even playing Christmas music in SEPTEMBER and you now need to get a code to use the restroom?? The food was okay but we waited about 15 minutes to get our food. Extremely disappointing considering McDonalds is a franchise and dedicated to serving their consumers. Do better.
I was being nice to the drive through girl at the second window who hands out food and she didn't even say hello or smile she just handed me my drink with no expression and a stank face and same for my food.. I get people have bad days but it was so rude and to top it off they forget my sauces/: I asked for no pickle and extra onion on my burger and they put EXTRA pickles and no onions I feel like they did it on purpose?? What is this
The customer service at this restaurant is poor. They lack basic skills in hospitality. The outdoor parking area is dirty and littered with trash. There is no sense of pride or attention to detail in this establishment. It is disappointing to see. I prefer McDonald's over this place now.
The staff is not very attentive at this restaurant. Instead of bringing the prepared food to the car, they just leave it on the counter, causing it to get cold while the customers wait in their vehicle. They need to improve their pickup process. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
The McDonald's is always the same, but sometimes their fries are soggy. Despite that, it has been a favorite place to go since I was a kid. I can't rate the atmosphere as I only went through the drive-thru.
I believe the quality of the food has declined due to changes in preparation. The sandwich and fries just don't taste the same as they used to. We miss the way things were in the past.
Weird location the entrance comes up quick when you finally get to it but all and all it was good and open 24
