Despite the busy drive-thru environment, they effortlessly handled orders with impressive efficiency, almost like a well-coordinated dance. Very unhelpful and very unaccommodating, I accidentally placed my order at an incorrect location and was told by management to simply leave to pickup at the other location.. keep in mind this was for a single sausage egg and cheese McMuffin , nothing more nothing less. This was a drive through order placed in the morning and was forced to wait in line although I obviously was not able to retrieve my order (effectively making me late to work) . Not to mention the overfilled trash at the end of the drive through line. You need to do better.
Came here for a quick lunch. They drive through staff was fast, friendly, and efficient. I was in and out within a few minutes considering the double line they had. My food order was correct, had the condiments I requested, napkins, and can I say the fries were hot and fresh! I just had to take a moment to recognize the good customer service, especially when the fast food service at other places has declined, they stepped up! The restaurant has a pleasant atmosphere both inside and outside, with a designated area for children. There is ample seating and everything appears to be well-maintained, at least during my visit. I only stopped in for a coffee, but was surprised by the three dollar charge for a medium black coffee. It was unexpected to see such a high price increase for a simple item like black coffee. The restaurant could be more lively for employees. I placed a takeout order over the phone and it was ready quickly. The service was efficient and the parking lot was clean. There is room for improvement if they are willing to invest in it. The staff were trained well and greeted me with a smile. Are they being compensated fairly?
I went to the drive-thru to order food at night, and the manager Lorena was incredibly rude. I have never experienced anything like it before. There was no customer service at all. I ended up leaving without any food and feeling very upset.
Worst service ever. They were just walking around doing nothing. I was here for 25 minutes just waiting. They get no business either. Everyone just ignores you. Chick-fil-A better.

The breakfast is occasionally pre-cooked, but they could improve on timing. However, the lunch is consistently delicious.
