They even offer an Adult Happy Meal. The staff at this location is typically younger, most likely due to their flexible hours. I had a terrible experience where they attempted to cheat me out of my money. When I informed the manager, they claimed I had given them too much money and they didn't have any change. The employees there are young, which may explain their lackluster customer service skills. However, they should be trained to have a more welcoming and enthusiastic attitude. Regardless of whether it's McDonald's, it is still a business and they should act professionally. The food was subpar and the portion of fries was disappointingly small.
The parking, entrance, and drive-thru design at this restaurant does not seem to cater well to the demographics and population of the area. It can be quite chaotic entering and exiting the lot and drive-thru. Additionally, having to repeat your order to two different people over the intercom can be irritating. This place was awful, the ceiling almost fell on my head. Part of it fell on my shoulder ???? I let one of the employee?s know, i have been here for almost an hour and they didnt even bother to check or clean the mess. The fries at this restaurant may appear appetizing, but they are actually disappointing. They taste like cardboard and seem stale and re-fried. If this establishment is open 24 hours, they should ensure their food is fresh and delicious throughout the entire day. It was too much of a hassle to return and request an exchange, but hopefully someone in management will take notice of this feedback and make necessary improvements.
Very disappointed on todays drive thru service. When I opened my order my cheeseburger did not have a top bun, they gave it to me with just the bottom bun, pickles, cheese and meat. My husbands mc chickens were not the way we ordered either, did not add the pickles cheese like I said.
