I visited this McDonald's yesterday on Central Avenue and was disappointed with their lack of customer service skills. It seems like they need training on how to interact with the public. Additionally, it is important for them to speak English as they are in America. I was also taken aback when they assumed I wanted to donate to the Ronald McDonald House without asking me first. It is not appropriate to take money for charity without the customer's consent. This particular McDonald's is quite pricey compared to others. They charged me $3.99 for a large fries, $3.99 for a medium shake, and added the Ronald McDonald charity contribution without my approval, totaling $9.00. This seems excessive...
If i can give service 0 stars i would because to start off the manager filomena is so rude and talks to customer as if we are animals. Most of the employees have a bad attitude. I always order my iced coffee with extra caramel drizzle i even pay for the add on of caramel yet some employees choose to not add it. This morning i stop by for a coffee and it was made wrong i let her know she pretend to go inside to fix it and came back wit the same coffee and tells me next time pay for extra caramel i said i did pay for it and she like oh you did then its my bad and left me with the same nasty coffee didnt even fix it after knowing she was wrong. The restaurant staff seems to lack standards in their hiring process. Despite renovating the location, the service provided by the employees is disrespectful and the customer service is terrible. They also never seem to answer the phones.
