Ordered one large soda through drive through which took 15 min before I could even order. Line, both , where not moving at all and no orders where being taking either. Like they didn't have time for the customers needs. Once ordered I waited another 17 min, no it was not packed! As I finally got to first window I could see two people talking to each other, one that was working window didn't even have headset on and back turned to window. They where laughing and having a good time amongst gems elves ignoring the customers to fulfill their need to socialize to each other. There was no one inside ordering and the whole time I had a total of 5 other vehicles in front of me! No one had a large or...
PLEASE!!! Do not go here the employees are so rude and the manager says nothing. I went through the drive thru and the girl was adding things to my order that I didn't ask for. When I corrected her she began to yell and tell me to stop yelling at her and wouldn't take my order. I proceeded to tell her you are the one yelling and then she deleted my order and didn't respond. I went in and the manager was just as rude, I explained the situation to him and he did nothing. How is that you are an employee and screaming because, you can't hear or understand what I want or you just don't care. KEEP YOUR MONEY AND DRIVE THE DISTANCE!!!! THIS PLACE IS NOT WORTH IT.
if I could rate this place -1 star I would like to talk to people about how customers are the problem and how we are rude, I called this place 4 times before I could get a answer they could just answer then hang up and once I finally get a answer and the guy on the phone was rude, he replied the phone as I beat him bro what? they want to work at mcdonald?
The service was ok, given they were short-staffed. The food was cold and old. I try not to gripe too much because of the times we are living in, and I know they are doing their best.
