I am not sure what the issue is here, but the employees are not happy. I believe my rating is far too generous. It should be lower. They are not attentive and do not listen to customers' requests. When I asked for strawberry jam, they rudely responded that butter was already on the table. You don't receive your coffee until after your meal is served. I have only been to this restaurant for breakfast three times in the past year, but I have had enough. There are many more complaints I could make, but I no longer care about this place. This has to be the worst location in the area in terms of management and quality of service. They get bogged down by more than a handful of orders and slow to a crawl. Literally. I've seen them walking orders out to cars they parked from the drive thru and they're walking with the urgency of molasses. 5 cars in the drive thru and 4 get parked. The owner doesn't respond to complaints and if they do they'll promise free food they'll never actually give you.The staff doesn't care, they aren't interested in getting food out quickly, and they're so incompetent they can't manage the difference between a Honey Packet and a Honey Mustard cup, and that's if they give you any sauce at all. 0/10 avoid...
PLEASE!!! Do not go here the employees are so rude and the manager says nothing. I went through the drive thru and the girl was adding things to my order that I didn't ask for. When I corrected her she began to yell and tell me to stop yelling at her and wouldn't take my order. I proceeded to tell her you are the one yelling and then she deleted my order and didn't respond. I went in and the manager was just as rude, I explained the situation to him and he did nothing. How is that you are an employee and screaming because, you can't hear or understand what I want or you just don't care. KEEP YOUR MONEY AND DRIVE THE DISTANCE!!!! THIS PLACE IS NOT WORTH IT.
There was a horrible sewer smell coming from the ladies room that pushed through the restaurant. They brought out our meal with a whisper level at best. When we didn't get our drinks and asked about them, the waitress told us just a minute while she went over and shook hands with her friends at the other table. No other employees interacted with us and were all on their phones whenever we went to get something we needed. Being from out of town, that was the worst McDonalds experience we have ever had.

Sat in the drive through for about 20 minutes. Cashier at the drive through did not bother to finish my order. I had to ask them if she had even received my order. Then when I get to the window, my order is incorrect. Not one word from the cashier at the second window, either. Very rude, very unprofessional. Just went to this location. The staff on this shift was extremely rude. The speaker wasn't working, so I drove up to the first window, and the young man didn't say sorry or explain anything, just took my order. The young lady at the second just handed me my food and turned around to continue her conversation. I don't expect everyone to always be in a good mood, but that was not my favorite visit.
The staff at this restaurant were extremely indifferent. I waited for over 25 minutes for my mobile order while standing inside with a group of 7 others, and received zero interaction from any of the employees. It was evident that the drive-thru was the priority, as I watched 10 cars go by while I continued to wait for my order for over 30 minutes. I will definitely not be returning here.
if I could rate this place -1 star I would like to talk to people about how customers are the problem and how we are rude, I called this place 4 times before I could get a answer they could just answer then hang up and once I finally get a answer and the guy on the phone was rude, he replied the phone as I beat him bro what? they want to work at mcdonald?

Workers in there should not be on their cell phones while working with food, tonight i went through there and the young guy at the window basically threw my food at me almost causing me to drop it just so he could get back to using his phone ill be contacting corporate about the issue
