Past 2 times I’ve drive through at night after work, around 12:30am has been a nightmare. You’re not going to believe this, but the first time it took 30 minutes to get through the drive through, and the second time it took 45 minutes. I kid you not. I was stuck both times with someone in front of me, and behind me. It took the order taker 10 minutes in between each order to take the next cars order in the two lines that were formed. I’ve never seen anything like it. Pretty sure the night staff is like doing something they shouldn’t be…Owner needs to check drive through times at night and look at the cameras.
We waited in the drive-through for 25 minutes along with at least 6 other cars. No one spoke to us during our wait and all the cars in front of us also seemed to have issues. When we finally left, we noticed there were three workers inside who were not doing anything. The McDonald's in Bel Air is terrible! We have never had any issues when dining inside, but the drive-through experience was extremely disappointing.
They are usually fast but most times the food is not fresh. The buns are hard sometimes. The burgers just taste like they have been sitting out for awhile after being made. But sometimes the burgers are okay. The fries are usually always goodWheelchair accessibility: They do have a ramp for people that are in wheelchairs
I'm disappointed that the service seems to be going down at this location. I ordered two fries for curbside. After 10 minutes of watching the driver thru line almost empty out from being full, I walked in. My order had not even been prepared yet! No apology or explanation given. I know ya'll can do better than this.

We dined in for breakfast. The staff was very nice and helpful. But we could not find a clean table anywhere so I had to wipe one down for us. The floors need to be swept and the ladies restroom needed to be cleaned. The Egg McMuffin was just OK. Will not be returning to this McDonald’s. You can do better than that!
Got the signature Big Mac and Chicken sandwich here with a med fries. The sandwhiches were cold, buns were stale, and fries were dead. It 's to be expected from a 24 hour joint so just make sure to cook to oder when going to this location and you should be
We waited for 10 minutes in line at the restaurant, with four cars ahead of us, but no other customers were waiting. Unfortunately, the fries we ordered were undercooked and raw.
The staff at this restaurant seem uncertain about their menu offerings and are quite impolite. Additionally, half of the meal we had tasted stale and was excessively priced.

This restaurant is a complete disappointment. They serve unappetizing, stale food that has clearly been sitting out for hours. I highly recommend avoiding eating here.
Worst McDonald's in Harford County. Do Not Recommend.
